Investments to be made:
- Premises to comply with SALSA requirements: A hygienic floor with drainage, a temperature controlled store room with hygienic panelling.
- Machinery to enable currently wasted beeswax to be turned into saleable products.
- Cardboard shredder to turn waste cardboard into packaging material.
- Inline pasteurisation unit for efficiency
- Canning line to change from glass bottles to cans
- Forklift with barrel attachment
The final outcome will be to become more efficient and sustainable with growth and to offer employment to local people.
