To carry out a feasibility study to scope the potential for developing a Community Transport Service within a 20 mile radius of the Rainbow Centre, Penley, and further afield, as required by those in need of transport in this rural area of Wrexham.
The study will help to establish the costs associated with developing a Community Transport Service for the Penley area and will help the Centre to apply for further funding to develop the outcomes of this study.
