This project will improve social resilience of the community and reduce isolation for those not digitally enabled. The Rhossili Community Hwb will deliver a ‘one-stop shop’ interactive and sustainable communication platform that focusses on local issues as well as broader issues of relevance: health, well-being and the environment. Access to the resource will be supported through bespoke IT skills training, to service current and future needs of the community.
The Rhossili Community Hwb will bring together the Rhossili Community Council, Village Hall and former Community of Rhossili Support Group (CoRSG) websites onto a single ‘landing page’ as three portals with a fourth portal for local services, news and events. There will also be a live social media feed.
