Pilot project testing three initiatives - napkins, activity sheets and a digital platform - that promote the Welsh language as a unique selling point and improve the visitor tourism experience.
The project will achieve:
• To celebrate and promote Welsh Language, culture and heritage; to provide visitors an experience that is distinctive to Wales
• To empower and increase confidence within the tourism industry for use of Welsh Language in their businesses. 50% of UK staying visitors feel that being able to hear the Welsh Language during their visit to Wales is important to them.
• To determine the feasibility of the project becoming self-sustaining post pilot phase.
