Adam Mokhtar

Adam is the lead at the practice and a specialist in construction design and coordination of all disciplines. He is committed to Diogel's mission to create future-proofed residential spaces that offer long-term functionality and innovative style. Principally, he is business and developer-minded, which ensures that all schemes put the financial requirements first.

Previously worked in sales and management positions in BT & TalkTalk Business, as well as founding director of an architectural practice that was built up to 13 staff, completing projects at Heathrow Airport and multimillion pound schemes in the UK. In this position was a frequently invited member of Liverpool Council panels regarding construction industry topics and published articles for The Echo and The Essential Journal.

Finally, having been in the music business for ten years, notably playing the MEN Arena, and receiving more “no’s” than most people have in a lifetime, a thick skin and never-say-never attitude is engrained into daily life.

When the chips are down, the only thing you can do is pick yourself up or go down with them. The most challenging time was a client going bust, owing us £80K in fees. We had offers to pull us out, but instead, we changed track and sold hard, leading to doubling our expected turnover the following year.
