After leaving HM Forces Andrew has spent the last several years gaining experience within the fields of HR and L&D with a proven record of accomplishment and success within the Global IT Hardware, Military, Telecommunications, Consultancy, Pharmaceutical, Service National & Local Government and Petrochemical industries.
He has worked for many blue chip companies including HSBC, Ericsson, Alcatel Telecom, Serco, Cisco, Dell, British Energy and British Airports Authority as well as for national government agencies and departments – Cabinet Office, Department for Transport, ODPM (Office of the Deputy Prime Minister), Dstl (Defence, Science & Technology Laboratories), DWP (Department of Work & Pensions), UKSA (United Kingdom Statistics Office) and Estyn (Welsh Government Education Schools & Education Inspectorate).
Andrew is fully qualified to use an extensive array of psychometric assessments for a variety of uses ranging from recruitment to team development to coaching. He is Prince 2 (Project Management) qualified, holds a masters level qualification in Coaching & Mentoring with the ILM and is a highly experienced international speaker and learning & development specialist having worked in Europe, Middle East as well as the USA during his career.
Additionally, he also runs a very successful photography business and runs workshops in photography and setting up photography business. He is also an international speaker on photography and will be speaking in Germany in September 2018.
