About
I have over 15 years in the charity sector with responsibility for developing the staff and volunteers across Wales, through staff co-ordinators and a team of volunteer tutors. I am experienced in coaching people for success and supporting people with their learning needs. As a First Aid for Mental Health trainer, I am experienced in providing emotional support during peoples times of crisis.
During my time I have carried out consultations, project managed in change, developed business plans, developed business processes, managed budgets and planned investment in departments. I have written database system to meet business processes and been involved in the roll-out computer systems.
Following my time in the charity sector, I am now involved in running my own business, currently focused on training. It has given me a good insight into working for a large organisation and working for yourself.
