I’m an experienced operations leader and business strategist with a passion for helping businesses work smarter and grow sustainably. In my role as Director of my own business, and Head of Operations at a marketing agency, I manage everything from day-to-day operations and resource planning to streamlining processes, making sure projects run smoothly and clients get the results they need. My background spans both corporate leadership and running my own ventures, so I understand the realities of business from every angle.

I’m a certified PRINCE2 practitioner with an MSc in Business & Management (specialising in finance) and a BA (Hons) in International Tourism & Events Management. I’ve taken numerous social media courses to keep my digital marketing skills sharp, AI adept and I’ve been using Xero accounting software for over 10 years. Over the years, I’ve created and advised on business plans that have successfully secured over £1.2 million in funding, which is something I’m particularly proud of.

I’m highly organised, commercially minded, and thrive on finding practical solutions to complex challenges. I’m also a big believer in lifelong learning, so I’m always researching new ideas, trends, and market shifts to stay ahead and bring fresh insights to my work.

As a mentor, I combine my technical expertise with an empathetic, real-world approach. I know that running and growing a business can feel overwhelming, and I aim to offer guidance that’s not only strategic but also grounded in everyday practicality. My goal is to help others spot opportunities, make confident decisions, and achieve their ambitions, without losing sight of what matters most to them.

Always prioritise cash flow, it’s the lifeblood of your business. Without healthy cash flow, even the best ideas can’t survive or grow.
