I have been running e-development since 2010 and have been developing online training packages for a large number of subject matter experts in a wide variety of sectors from local government and large manufacturing companies for internal staff training to individual business coaches who use the training with their client base.

Prior to starting my business, I spent 10 years working in a training department for a financial services company. During this time, I created and e-learning department and also delivered many F2F courses including coaching, management and personal development.

I have always been interested in personal development and have done many different courses for this.
