I am the founder and owner of Bramber Consulting Limited, an experienced Leadership and Management Consultant providing organisations and SMEs' with business and management support in order to achieve performance improvement, the realisation of potential growth opportunities, improved organisational strength, internal control, personal and team development.

I was previously a professional senior manager within the product supply organisation of Kimberly–Clark Corporation, responsible for the leadership and management of a flexible, multi-disciplined and empowered team. Accountable for the delivery of the product on time, within specification and at the correct cost for UK and international accounts.

My experience also includes Executive Coaching and Mentoring, Business Development, B2B Sales (new business), Account Set-Up, Account Management, Customer Engagement, Product Development, Cost Management, Credit Control, Quantity Assurance, Planning and Scheduling.

I am a Chartered Manager and Incorporated Engineer who has 21 years training experience in Management and Leadership and have supported training programmes for the Industrial and Defence Sectors. I am also a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting with extensive industrial experience in FMCG manufacturing, cross functional operations management and project management.

Glenn is an experienced adviser with excellent communication skills who can quickly build a rapport with key stakeholders and personnel at all levels within the organisation.
