Jason Curtis

An accomplished and experienced leader, I enjoy continuous challenge, and have recently set up my own business consultancy, coaching and training business – after some 35 years in business, leading teams towards successful goals.

I have been fortunate enough to have spent 32 years of my career in the financial services industry in multinational corporations, 29 of which were with Atradius UK in Cardiff Bay.  There, I was their commercial director for the UK nationally, with teams throughout the country before being headhunted towards a similar role in the City of London.  After 3 years in London, I came back home, wanting to support SME’s and retired from my previous Managing Director role for a SME in Bridgend County to set up OFST Business Consultancy from 01.02.2025.

Personally, I am married with a grown-up daughter, and my wife and I love to travel.  India, Nepal and Bhutan is our next ‘interesting’ mission – I am also tentatively learning Greek, as Cyprus has been our vacation of choice for the last 20 or more years.  I managed two London marathons, and several half marathons, and am back in training for the Cardiff Half Marathon later this year.  I also challenged myself to ‘fly before I was 50’ – and gained my private pilot’s license and a share in an aircraft a few years back.

Dealing with people and inspiring businesses is my true professional passion – and this has unsurprisingly already become an important part of what my own business does.
