I have been a CEO 3 times in Third Sector Charities. In 2014 I founded my own charity My Sisters'House Women's Centre www.mysistershouse.info from my kitchen table to a fully operational centre employing 26 staff, supporting over 1,000 women per annum and raised £3M to keep it going. I have considerable skills in setting up and managing staff. Considerable experience and skill in domestic abuse sector. I have secured a high-profile celebrity as a Patron. As a skilled Transition & Empowerment Coach, I am trauma Informed trained and specialist in respect of Imposter Syndrome/High Functioning Anxiety and everything around change, loss & life transitions. 

I also do consultancy work for Women in Business & Charity Sector. 

I am highly skilled, passionate about women's sector, keen to make connections and utilise my skills for other leaders in third sector or those successful businesswomen who want to start community charitable projects.
