Energetic, Motivated and Dynamic Professional with excellent strategic development and operational skills. Lisa Stopher is the Business Director at West wales Holiday Cottages Ltd.

Having gained a BA (hons) in Fashion Promotion and Marketing, Lisa spent most of her career at Calvin Klein Underwear and Jeans where her final role was that of the European Retail Services Director. Lisa has an extensive background in both Buying and Merchandising and Retail Operations.  She has worked for brands such as Reebok, and Timberland and also high st multiples.

Being from South Ceredigion originally and having spent over 23 years in London (also working for brands such as Reebok, Etam and Timberland) Lisa decided to make the move back home to Wales in 2018 for family reasons.

Lisa’s’ operational background has meant that the transition into the Tourism sector in West Wales has been smooth and being passionate about the area she grew up in has helped to transfer her skills. Currently managing West Wales Holiday Cottages’ business which is web based, and a team of 9 personnel has allowed Lisa to utilise her managerial and motivational skills.
