I specialise in Weight Loss Hypnosis, Smoking & Alcohol Cessation, Low Self-esteem, Confidence issues, Stress and Anxiety. I also run workshops on Self Love, Wellbeing, Positivity, Reiki Training and Emotional Freedom Tapping.

As a professional and caring Therapist, my advanced techniques include: Emotional & Spiritual Guidance, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Energy Healing, Body Talk, Relaxation & Reiki.

I am a full member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, UK Reiki Federation, Dementia Friendly & Fully Insured.

It is my personal belief that one solution will not fit all people or all problems, I offer a number of therapies in order to suit individual needs.

My main strength is to help people in their personal transformation, changing negative thought patterns into positive behaviours. And above all improving personal self-worth and self-confidence.
