Mike Woods

Mike studied Architecture and Building Studies in Swansea, and is Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT) after working for a number of Architectural practices he set up his own practice in 1995, following this he established a Property Development Company and began designing and building out small scale developments. In 1998 he began investing in property and began building a property portfolio to ensure long term wealth and stability for his family. Mike now has a substantial property portfolio and continues to undertake property developments projects. Having built many successful business’ he is a position to share over 30yrs of knowledge and experience.
