Very experienced business owner, mentor and coach. Worked throughout Europe and North America. lived in San Francisco and worked in Silicon Valley.

I own Several Business types, an Occupational Health Company, Corporate Wellbeing Company, Funeral Directors and the UKs first hand built ergonomically designed PC gaming chair. I’m an investor and shareholder in a Cardiff Brewery – Crafty Devil Brewing and part own several craft beer bars in Cardiff.

With over 400 hours of face to face business coaching throughout Europe and North America.

I’ve created business from scratch right the way through to managing and running  $300 million budget divisions, trained, retained and developed successful teams and businesses.

I have achieved the ILM level 7 Coaching and Mentoring qualification from the University of Wales, a degree in Business Studies, level 2 Rugby coach and level 1 referee.
