My name is Paul Lewis, CEO and co-founder of Hoop Recruitment.

I’m proud to have led Hoop to become one of the largest, and most successful independent recruitment specialists in Wales. We are award winning, market leading and are proud to have named one of the fastest growing companies in Wales in 2022, 2023 & 2024. Hoop also lead the way in employee engagement being named employer of the year on numbers occasions.

Delivery wise, the company is now delivering between £15 & £20 million turnover per annum and has a vision to double this in the next 5 years.

In 2024, Hoop transitioned to become an Employee-Owned Trust, something that I am incredibly proud of.
