TONI MCLELLAND MSc FRSA is a Critical Friend and Business Mentor working with C Suite Leaders and Board Members in Third Sector, Charitable and social causes. She troubleshoots and problem solves as a business turnaround specialist, producing positive results.
Compassion and DEIB are integral in Tonis journey hence developing as founder The Compassionate Organisation Framework and Leadership Model. Toni is an inspirational, people leader and one that passionately navigates leaders through individual and business challenges, crisis and change management for futureproofing and sustainability in business whilst putting people at the heart. She leads successfully with her own developed 4Ps framework Purpose People Planet Profit (or Performance) for results.
Toni is a proficient speaker and having led in these areas for over 30 years her senior positions include Central Government, Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Home Office, specialist education Principal and Chief Executive of a Home Care Organisation. Her clients include Diversity Training for Metropolitan Police as part of The Stephen Lawrence Inquiry, NHS, Prison Service, MIND, 18-million-pound feasibility study for MOPAC VAWG as well as leading organisations serving vulnerable groups.
Though working at the sharp end Toni is passionate about bringing learning back 360 degrees to mentor social entrepreneurs starting out on their start up entrepreneurial journey in this area. She can assist with all things business including purpose, value proposition and business modelling which will leave mentees feeling not only motivated but empowered and inspired with her sprinkling of ‘Fairy Dust’ Toni has a unique approach which makes learning enjoyable.
As a veteran in DEIB which underpins all her work she has her own leadership change model’ The Magic BLEND’. Which helps to develop a bespoke approach for mentees. Known as the Queen of Compassion, she comes with a sprinkling of #TonisFairyDust and has been described as fairy dust personified.

It’s important to have purpose not only for yourself personally but in business.
Ensure you identify what that purpose is, if there is a market for it in business, if you love doing it and ensure you are good at it before you try sell it. This is the basis for a great business.
