Festival UK*2022 is a fantastic opportunity to put your ideas into practice, with a chance to secure funding for a collaborative project across Wales and/or the UK.
What is Festival UK*2022?
Festival UK*2022 is a UK-wide celebration of creativity and innovation. In collaboration with the other UK nations, the festival will showcase the best of our art, culture, heritage, design and STEM sectors.
How do I Apply?
The organisers will be looking for a collection of ten large scale extraordinary public engagement projects that will showcase the UK’s innovation and creativity to the world.
In its first phase, expressions of interest will be invited from creative teams for a funded R&D project to originate compelling and ambitious public engagement acts, on a global scale.
Key dates
- 9th September – Festival UK*2022 launch with open call for ideas.
- 16th October – Call for expressions of interest closes.
- Mid November - UK announce 30 successful R&D consortia.
