OVERVIEW:

This Framework specifies the standards and criteria for the delivery of Level 3 training provision within the Food & Drink occupations. Successful completion of the provision will lead to the award of a designated/regulated qualification(s) within the industry.

This Apprenticeship will include specific pathways for job roles, such as Food Technologist and Food & Drink Maintenance Engineer.

OVERVIEW:

This Framework specifies the standards and criteria for the delivery of Levels 2, 3 & 4 training provision within the Food & Drink occupations. Successful completion of the provision will lead to the award of a designated/regulated qualification(s) within the industry.

The Level 2 This Apprenticeship is suitable for a variety of roles, including Sales/Service Support Assistant (Fresh Produce, Meat, Poultry, Dairy, Fish & Shell Fish), Slaughter Operative,  In-store/Plant/Craft Baker, Confectioner, Food and Drink Processing /Production Control, Brewer, Warehouse and Storage Operative, Team Supervisor (Food and Drink). 

The Level 3 This Apprenticeship is suitable for a variety of roles, including Sales/Service Manager (Food & Drink), Specialist Baker, Warehouse and Storage Manager, Fish and Shellfish Processing Technical Manager/Supervisor, 

The Level 4 Apprenticeship is suitable for a variety of roles, including Organisation and Development Manager (Food and Drink), Productivity Manager (Food and Drink), Technical Manager (Food and Drink).
