Rachel Fleri is managing director of Specialist Security Co Ltd. Founded in 2001 with limited amount of contracts the company has grown from door work to now providing basic security on construction sites.
Rachel talks about how business start up can be grown out of necessity for people to become self employed. She says 'In Wales I think also the government is helping people and steering them towards self employment and encouraging them to do that and giving them help with that so why not do it?'
