working with SMEs, growing businesses, non-profits and community organisations. He is the
founder of Snowdon Digital, a North Wales consultancy established in 2012, through which
he has supported organisations across business strategy, operations, digital transformation,
marketing and technology.

In 2012 Hayley stepped into self-employment as a life coach, and has since streamlined her services to offer coaching to adults and children specifically for anxiety, depression and stress.
