Ian is an experienced engineer and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the offshore oil and water industries. He is an Executive Coach and Leadership Mentor working with organisations who want to develop a more conscious way of working, supporting multiple stakeholders in this time of growing complexity and rapid change.
Ian brings an awareness of complexity, systems thinking and an integral approach to the boardroom of those organisations who are ready to embrace a different way of thinking and who accept that doing more of the same is unlikely to generate anything new.
He brings an approach based on an awareness of multiple intelligences to his clients, working to provide long term sustainable growth in difficult times.
Ian created the Cheshire Leadership programme for organisations who wished to explore different perspectives and change their approach to a more integral worldview.

Ian has an MSc in Human Consciousness, and an ILM Level 7 certificate in Executive Leadership. He is a qualified trainer in Spiral Dynamics and in Spiritual Intelligence.
