Adept at applying trauma-informed approaches to business and team dynamics especially in the wellbeing sectors. I have founded four successful businesses and mentored over 100 therapists to start their private practices. With an understanding of entrepreneurial thinking, I possess the skills to transform business challenges into growth opportunities. My business track record includes project management, program development, and expert guidance in leadership within SMEs, CICs, and sole trader environments. I learnt most by making mistakes and having another go.
