I was born in Swansea, south Wales where my career started as an apprentice electrician to a local electrical contracting company.

Mike has spent all of his working life in the hospitality sector.

Mike studied Architecture and Building Studies in Swansea, and is Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists

With over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience, I’ve built and scaled multiple service-based businesses across the education and training sectors.

Neil Franklin is an award-winning entrepreneur, born in the United Kingdom.

Very experienced business owner, mentor and coach.

Nick Bradley is an experienced businessman who for the past twenty-five years has worked as an independent consultant with entrepreneurs, business start-ups and young early-stage companies.

He is a graduate of Bangor University and has worked in France Switzerland and Germany. For seven years he was employed by a large American International company. He also worked in the chemical and electronics industries, in retailing and in the medical field.

Nick is a serial entrepreneur who started his own fibre optics business and went on to build–up a robotics company, an international giftware business and a specialist printing company.

For twelve years he worked as a Senior Mentor under the DTI Senior Mentoring Scheme, mentoring over thirty businesses for periods of up to two years. He has also worked with companies across the whole of Wales as an export marketing consultant with International Business Wales. Nick has first-hand knowledge of exporting medical products, instrumentation, craft, consumer products and giftware to Europe, North American and the Far East.

For four years Nick lectured in Entrepreneurship as Visiting Academic at Bangor University and for fifteen years he was the Regional Manager in North Wales for Xenos – The Wales Business Angel Network.

For the past 12 years, he has worked with 18 to 30 year old entrepreneurs as a Volunteer Mentor with the Princes’ Trust and for the past 16 years he has been a Volunteer Mentor with Prime Cymru helping those over 50 years of age with their business ideas.

Nick founded Anglesey Consultants Ltd to provide marketing, market research and mentoring support to companies in Wales, to encourage start-up businesses and to provide assistance in developing business plans and raising growth finance.

Nick’s hobbies include long-distance sailing, mountaineering and playing bridge.

Nick is Managing Director of EvaBuild Ltd, an award winning Construction and Civil Engineering Company based in mid Wales.
