I have attended many coaching, mentoring and development courses during my Hilton days. I have supported the development of colleagues at all levels within my hotels as well as graduates within the company. I have co tutored and run internal company courses to junior and senior groups of team members. In 2001 I completed my MBA with the Open University.

Although now semi-retired I have 2 network marketing businesses, am a keen cyclist, (an occasional ballroom dancer) an avid reader and am now ready to invest my time again in helping others in the hospitality business.
