I am the founder of SavvySally, a business management and operations consultancy supporting start-ups and small businesses across Wales and the North West. I specialise in helping new and early-stage business owners build strong foundations, put simple systems in place, and gain clarity and confidence in how they run their business.
My background spans office management, project coordination, bookkeeping, CRM setup, tender and bid support, and day-to-day operational management. I have worked with a wide range of organisations, including structural engineering consultancies, energy and environmental specialists, community interest companies, and service-based SMEs. Much of my work involves acting as a trusted right-hand support to founders who are navigating the early stages of business while balancing delivery, admin, finances, and growth.
I am PRINCE2 Foundation qualified, and I will be completing PRINCE2 Practitioner, giving me a strong grounding in structured project management, planning, risk awareness, and clear communication. I am experienced in setting up and simplifying systems using tools such as HubSpot, ClickUp, MailerLite, Excel, and Google Workspace, always focusing on what is appropriate and manageable for a start-up rather than overcomplicating things.
My core strengths lie in organisation, problem-solving, and translating complex or overwhelming business challenges into clear, achievable actions. I am particularly skilled at helping start-ups understand their finances, organise their workload, prioritise effectively, and build processes that support sustainable growth from the outset.
