To apply for an Award:
- Register your interest in entering the Awards by completing our short Survey Monkey form (external link)
- When you have completed the Survey Monkey form, click ‘Done’. The application form/s and information pack will then be emailed to you via awards@walescooperative.org. Please read these carefully as they contain all the information you need to complete your application.
- Complete your application and save your form as SEAwardsWales_Organisation Name
- Email your form and supporting documents to awards@walescooperative.org
The deadline for receipt of all entries is 5pm on Friday 17th July 2015.
All applicants will hear whether or not their social enterprise or organisation has been shortlisted by August 2015.
