Distilled in a batch-operated copper pot still, combined with a column still, this allows the distiller to exercise precision during the rectification process, ensuring only the purest and most aromatic flavours from the botanicals are captured. With an alcohol strength of 40% ABV, the gin retains its clarity and complexity without the need for chill filtration, maintaining its artisanal integrity.

An independent sensory evaluation describes the gin as well-balanced, with no overpowering flavours or aftertaste. The aroma is spicy, piney, with herbal and floral notes, while the flavour profile is a harmonious blend of black pepper, fennel, citrus, and a delicate floral perfume.
