In February and March, ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre are hosting a series of workshops that will give an overview of a number of key food safety topics for Welsh food and drink businesses.
The events will be held at Cardiff Metropolitan University’s Llandaff Campus.
These sessions will focus on the key requirements detailed in BRCGS Global Standard Food Safety Issue 9 but the same principles can be applied to any food and drink manufacturing site.
Effective Internal Auditing Workshop

Food Defence Workshop
7 March 2024, 10am - 1pm
It is critical food and drink manufacturers have systems in place to ensure the safety of their finished products is not jeopardised through malicious actions, tampering or unauthorised persons. This workshop is ideal for anyone involved in preparing, implementing or reviewing food defence threat assessments.
