Welsh Government are undertaking a consultation about very minor changes to correct out-of-date references in the some food related law. All the changes are about incorporating all the amendments or replacements to European Directives and Regulations before the UK’s exit from the European Union. We are informing our stakeholders of proposed amendments to Welsh legislation to give an opportunity to make comment.
Closing date for any comments is close of play, 13th February 2019.
