Growth coach profiles

On the Accelerated Growth Programme we believe the best people to advise and support entrepreneurs are other entrepreneurs. We have carefully chosen a group of advisers all of whom have hands-on experience of delivering high growth. They will also have domain or sector knowledge coupled with an area of professional expertise. The Growth Coaches can be utilised in a general advisory capacity or to deliver specific packets of work.

The Business Wales Accelerated Growth Programme operates a bilingual service and if required, a number of the Business Wales Growth Coaches are able provide their coaching and advice through the medium of Welsh.

Resource Efficiency service outline
Business Wales Resource Efficiency specialist advisors aim to advise SMEs in Wales how to develop best practices in energy and waste management to become more resource efficient directly saving costs in the longer term. 

Equality & Diversity
The AGP is able to support all clients to ensure their own practices are compliant with current E&D policy. The programme can signpost and direct clients to specialist advisers and to support services when recruiting staff and when putting employment practices in place.
