Blurrt have worked with ITV and S4C on political debates and are currently a provider of services to the Rugby World Cup.They also provided the live twitter feed analytics on the Farage/Clegg Europe debate.
The Accelerated Growth Programme has been instrumental in pulling together a consortium of potential investors, including Finance Wales and S4C and then channelling that through our Gold partner SEEDRS, the equity crowd funding website.
A great deal of work was provided by adviser David Walton, on their value proposition development, marketing messages and technology development strategy, as well as assisting by attending an S4C Board meeting with the Blurrt team - convincing them to back their first investment with a second round.
A 25% equity share was offered through SEEDRS at a value of £500k. (at time of writing, 63% £316k had been secured). This investment will allow Blurrt to achieve their goal of creating a minimum of 20 jobs over the next 2-3 years.
Update 02/02/2016: The Blurrt SEEDRS campaign was oversubscribed, successfully raising £500,000.
