Having registered on the programme in August 2015, support was identified in the areas of better communications with site workers via the development of a mobile app, a review of ICT capability, and a review of internal financial processes & controls.
The intervention of the Accelerated Growth Programme has allowed the company executive to focus more on rapidly growing the business and developing its strategic aims, which include, development of a new product with export potential. Assistance was provided by bringing together Evabuild with the Welsh Government innovations team. To date the company has created 1 new job and 1 apprenticeship.
