I have been in senior sales leadership for 25 years internationally and nationally. I currently professionally help businesses in North Wales and Cheshire scale their businesses using world class sales methodologies and business tools. I’m mostly experienced in B2B sales however I can comfortably sit with business that are B2C and E-Commerce.

Adam is the lead at the practice and a specialist in construction design and coordination of all disciplines. He is committed to Diogel's mission to create future-proofed residential spaces that offer long-term functionality and innovative style. Principally, he is business and developer-minded, which ensures that all schemes put the financial requirements first.

I developed a strong and stable career with Xerox over 20 years in various senior management positions. I have a diverse set of transferable skills and considerable experience that I can use to help others. I am an enthusiastic experienced business professional, confident leader and inspirational communicator.

A senior hospitality and tourism operator with multi-site, multi-brand and turnaround experience. I excel at supporting the creation of winning teams focused on quality and exceeding expectations: delivering return to investors and building brand value. Key strengths include: decisive leadership, analytical and strategic managerial skills, concise and honest communication complimented by an engaging style which inspires confidence.

Prior to retirement (in 2014) I was Managing Director of a medium size company in South Wales for 20+ years following a prior career in manufacturing and sales management roles and also including earlier senior finance roles (FCMA qualified).

I am an award winning Mentor, Coach, & Facilitator.

Prior to my freelance career, I was the Head of Coaching & Mentoring for the Welsh Government.

Shufflebottom Ltd manufacture steel framed buildings for commercial, agricultural and industrial clients throughout the UK and further afield. The business was started by my parents in the 1970’s. I officially joined the family business in 2000 after completing my degree in Psychology at Swansea University. My first official role was that of a buyer. In 2008, along with my brother and then General Manager bought the business through a Management Buy Out just before the financial crash of 2008. What followed were 5 challenging years, but nothing as bad as what was to come which was a fatality on site.

Despite the challenges faced we adapted and eventually grew the business to an award winning, market leading manufacture of steel framed buildings directly employing just under 90 people and sub-contracting to a further 30-40 depending on workflow. We grew Shufflebottom from a £12 million turnover business to a £25 Million turnover highly profitable business.

In 2024 Shufflebottom ltd, was sold to Embrace Steel, I was appointed as Managing Director later that year to assist with the transition period. In July 2025 I stepped back from the business, although still provide support on a consultancy basis. This sale meant that I have sat both sides of the fence, in that I bought a family business and sold one, so I know first-hand of the challenges that this brings.

In addition to my role at Shufflebottom Ltd I have also played a key role in RIDBA, a trade association for frame manufactures, I sit on the board of Manufacturing Wales, support many charities and rent commercial and residential properties.

In terms of Education, in addition to my Psychology Degree of 2000, I gained my MBA in 2024, the topic of my dissertation being Menopause in the workplace. During my time in Shufflebottom I sat many courses including health and Safety courses such as a NEBOSH and various other qualifications.

I have worked as an executive leadership coach and organisational change consultant since 1995. Before that I led my own, very successful, business in New York. I have a proven track record in working with senior leaders to measurably improve business results.

I hope that I’ll be able to help you to take your business to the next stage.
Although I have an MBA and an ILM level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, I think you’ll find that it is my experience in running and growing organisations as diverse as a healthcare company, a construction trade association and a consultancy, that is of real practical benefit.

I founded and led SCS Group for more than 30 years, growing the business from a Cardiff-based start-up into a leading specialist contractor in the construction industry. From our Welsh headquarters we expanded across the UK, establishing manufacturing operations in England and a major office in London before successfully becoming part of an international engineering group. I hold an MBA and have extensive experience in strategy, leadership, innovation and business growth.
Throughout my career I have been responsible for business strategy, leadership, sales, marketing, innovation, acquisitions and organisational development. I have extensive experience of the construction, engineering and manufacturing sectors and a particular interest in employee engagement, leadership development and creating cultures that enable businesses to achieve sustainable profitable growth.
One of the most important lessons I learned is that business owners are often the biggest obstacle to growth, usually without realising it. That was certainly true of me in the early years. Through mentoring I enjoy helping business owners develop the leadership skills, confidence and perspective needed to build stronger teams, better businesses and more rewarding careers.
I am passionate about supporting Welsh entrepreneurs and helping more Welsh businesses realise their potential and become significant employers within the Welsh economy.
