Although I have an MBA and an ILM level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, I think you’ll find that it is my experience in running and growing organisations as diverse as a healthcare company, a construction trade association and a consultancy, that is of real practical benefit.
People take me on to help them see their goals clearly and then to help them find a way to take the action they need.  I’ll use my business experience to help you to take the right steps at the right time and my friendly coaching approach to hold you politely but firmly to account, so that progress becomes real.
Since leaving the world of big plc, I’ve worked with companies as diverse as sole traders and leading National Brands (e.g. BUPA). I’ve supported companies in a range of industries and believe that everyone has something amazing to offer, it’s just a question of finding it and bringing it out into the open.
