After University joined RHM Foods on a graduate trainee programme and eventually becoming their Operations Manager for a Factory employing 250 people.

I’m Jane Davies, the founder of Azool Media and a business owner with over 21 years of experience running my own product based business. I have been in Credit Management since I was 19 years old. In 2006 I moved to South Wales Bridgend to work as a Credit Management Consultant for a company in Carmarthen, called BJP Livestock Auction House. They were a bit overdrawn, so PWC asked Hays Recruitment to resource someone. They need someone to collect all their overdue debts and set up some new procedures and processes.

In January 2007 I decided to set up my business Debt & Credit Solutions Ltd. Because offer my services to BJP as a Credit Professional, I was thinking I can do this!
