Ian Wainwright is a highly experienced project and change leader who is passionate about helping others grow and succeed. With a career spanning both the public and private sectors, he has worked with organisations including Telent, Network Rail, Ofcom, the Department for Transport, and Viridor, leading projects that deliver real and lasting impact. Alongside his professional work, Ian has also lectured in project management, operations, and innovation at university level. Drawing on both senior leadership experience and a strong academic background, he offers a supportive, practical mentoring style that helps people build confidence, strengthen their leadership skills, and navigate change with clarity.

After studying psychology, science and sport I went into retail - specifically sporting products.

James is an experienced, instinctive and effective frontline Commercial Manager with a proven track record in business growth.

Having finished a Foundation year at Newport Art College, James started his career in June 1985 working at Brian Hughes Design in Usk at the offices of Sector Design Group.

After University joined RHM Foods on a graduate trainee programme and eventually becoming their Operations Manager for a Factory employing 250 people.

As a qualified professional coach, I relish creating an environment where people get more out of themselves than they thought possible.

Jane Baker is a qualified executive coach and trainer who specializes in enhancing organizational and individual performance for both individuals and teams, with a vast understanding of working within the commercial sector of Wales.

I’m Jane Davies, the founder of Azool Media and a business owner with over 21 years of experience running my own product based business. Building and sustaining a business over two decades has given me valuable insight into what it takes to create strong foundations, adapt to change, and grow a successful and resilient business.
Alongside running my own business, I have developed strong expertise in social media marketing and digital visibility for small businesses. I specialise in helping entrepreneurs understand how to use platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and websites effectively to promote their business, increase visibility and connect with their audience. My experience includes content planning, creating engaging posts, using stories and reels, understanding trends, and helping businesses develop a consistent and strategic online presence.
One of my core strengths is my ability to simplify social media and business strategy so it feels manageable rather than overwhelming. Many small business owners know they should be using social media but feel unsure where to start or how to use it effectively. Through mentoring, I help break this down into clear, practical steps that build both confidence and skills.
My mentoring approach is supportive, practical and tailored to the individual. I believe every business is unique, and the most effective support comes from understanding the specific goals, challenges and stage of growth of each entrepreneur. I focus on helping mentees build strong business foundations, develop confidence in their marketing, and create strategies that are sustainable long-term.
My real-world business experience, combined with my knowledge of social media and digital marketing, allows me to provide practical guidance that entrepreneurs can apply directly to their own business. I am passionate about helping small business owners grow their confidence, increase their visibility and build businesses that succeed.

An accomplished and experienced leader, I enjoy continuous challenge, and have recently set up my own business consultancy, coaching and training business – after some 35 years in business, leading teams towards successful goals.
