As a qualified professional coach, I relish creating an environment where people get more out of themselves than they thought possible.
Working in social care for over 16 years, (9 years as a qualified Social Worker predominantly working with children, young people and families) has provided a whole range of experiences.  I’ve worked in child protection, including working with youth homelessness and exploitation. Working with people and their experiences, from all walks of life has taught me that our own feelings of insecurity can cause harmful, sometimes destructive behaviours, and limit our true potential.  This also includes within the business world.  Our true potential can hide behind our insecurities the lack of clarity can be hidden behind overthinking and stress.
I love working with people one to one or within a group setting to help them listen to their inner voice and develop positive responses.  I am passionate about supporting people to find the time and space needed for their personal and professional growth and development.
I work collaboratively with individuals to help them find solutions for themselves, empowering them to own their issues and deliver their solutions.
I am direct and constructively challenging when needed but often described as calm, kind and compassionate.
I have a range of coaching models and techniques to draw from that I will tailor to suit the needs of the clients—having a particular interest in subtractive psychology and understanding how neuroscience can affect change and develop performance.
