Welsh tourism businesses have a lot to gain from connecting with customers online. That’s just what outdoor activity firm Gower Adventures did following Superfast Business Wales support. After attending a free workshop and receiving 1:1 advice, they revamped their online presence and adopted a CRM system to better manage customers, resulting in an increase in business.
