The Royal Victoria Hotel is located in the heart of Snowdonia at the bottom of Mount Snowdon and attracts around 45,000 guests each year.
They had been struggling with a very slow and unreliable broadband connection and realised that this was not a good enough service for guests or members of staff. Following some research into superfast broadband suppliers and packages they now have their own dedicated line delivering a superior service.
Not only has this enabled their staff to be more efficient but guests now have access to wifi throughout the hotel and staff can promote the business and engage with customers on social media.
