Giles Phelps

Giles is an entrepreneur and advocate of new technology. Since creating the regionally-focused ISP, Spectrum Internet in 2005, he has continuously taken an active role to support new digital start-ups with ultrafast and full fibre broadband.

Giles brings on-the-ground experience to the Superfast Broadband Business Exploitation Advisory Group. And he uses his knowledge to articulate how small and medium sized enterprises (SME) can best capitalise on the opportunities superfast broadband and digital technology deliver for commercial advantage.
