This project will tap into the success and methodology of the Princes Trust Get Into programme that is run successfully in urban areas. This will be the first time the Get Into programme is brought into Powys and the local environmental heritage sector. It aims to bridge a forthcoming skills shortage identified in research undertaken by Lantra that was commissioned in 2013. The second year will allow for more young people to participate and lessons learned from the first year to be applied. Partnerships will also be strengthened.
