This is a 3 county LEADER project that aims to demonstrate the additional economic value in collaborating with Conwy and Anglesey in delivering high quality and professional cultural, food and drinks events through a sustainable collaborative working model. The model will be developed with local producers and caterers who will be encouraged through a code of conduct to support each other in the offering at each event/activity. Ultimately, the model will then be taken out of Wales to showcase the quality produce on offer from the 3 counties for food tourism. Design and deliver a system to collect and evaluate data on the events which we can share with stakeholders.
