The project is to replace the temporary marquee and extend the current function hall within the main hotel (from a capacity of 100 to 170 guests) to hold larger functions, mainly weddings and conferences all year round.
The extension is for a dedicated wedding / function room to the rear side of the hotel with its own bar, toilets, kitchen and extra parking spaces.
External areas will be landscaped which includes tree planting, and building a patio over the existing temporary marquee base.
Also as part of the project is an additional 40 car parking spaces (nearly doubling the parking spaces overall) which includes 2 electric charging points to encourage the use of electric powered cars at the hotel.
