A project, led by PLANED, delivering landscape scale collaborative action, bringing together partners from across the supply chain including land managers, industry, land managers and communities in three catchment locations to develop climate change mitigation plans, take action to improve soil and water management, and related habitat measures.
It is hoped work will be undertaken in three diverse sub-catchments involving approximately 100 farms to deliver actions on climate change mitigation by improving soil and water management and related habitat measures; further benefits include the protection of drinking water intake.
