To appoint a consultant to underake community consultation and options appraisal on the potential of the Cae Seren Memorial playing fields, in Ruthin, before bringing together all of the findings in a feasibility study.
The completed feasibility study will enable the community to apply for further funding to develop the outcomes of this study.
