Development of ‘The Wetlands’ visitor site to promote Carmarthen as a visitor destination and encourage passing tourist traffic to stop off and visit the town.
Specifically the project will include: gateway sculpture & signage; footpaths; trails; designed to create a sense of arrival and appreciation of the natural environment.
