A pilot project to trial a new method to tackle the disengagement of individuals and the community of Cefn Mawr. It will serve as a model for community engagement by developing a new business forum to sustain the Cefn Mawr commercial centre.
It will train and develop a volunteer programme to deliver projects and events, introduce the community to a variety of opportunities to identify regeneration projects and encourage them to take up better interaction with Cefn Mawr Community Council and CRP and build confidence to seek out further opportunities.
