A suitably qualified consultant and accountant will work with community hubs and Menter Mn on the following activity:
- Consider options that community hubs have to take on and sustain a library for their community;
- Setting strong challenges to the community of interest in regards to how will this work?
- Accessing and discovering what the true running costs of each library is by working with IACC
- Producing a final report and recommending ways forward, including emphasising the need for robust business plans and possible piloting.
