WEJ Watson is a family partnership running a sizeable sheep and beef farm run on two sites split between Brynddu, Llanbadarn Fynydd and Cwmgilla, Knighton. They plan a new Goat Dairy enterprise to provide an opportunity for the next generation.
The project proposed involves the refurbishment of old stock sheds at Cwmgilla for a new parlour, goat housing, associated equipment and the construction of an additional buildings for housing extra goats in year 2. In addition the installation of Photovoltaic Solar Panels to provide alternative power to the enterprise whilst reducing operational costs.
